We offer a whole range of cake design options, tastes and added extras. If you have something specific in mind we’ll work hand-in-hand with you to make sure we create your ideal wedding cake!

Step One - Date
The first step in ordering your bespoke wedding cake is to make sure your wedding date is available. Here at The Palms Bakery, we open our wedding diaries up to 18 months in advance to ensure we can accommodate all our Brides & Grooms.
If you’re unsure on cake details but are certain you want a showstopping gorgeous Palms Bakery Wedding Cake get in touch and we will take a deposit to secure the date, with you able to confirm the final details at a later date.
We offer both delivery and set up around Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, Merseyside and Yorkshire, or collection from our Manchester bakery, so there’s always flexibility to fit your schedule and budget.

We’ll make sure you have a beautiful, delicious wedding cake to help make your special day even more memorable.
We have a vast menu of cake flavours and fillings to choose from so you can both have your favourite flavours. We can also accommodate any dietary requirements within your wedding party too.
Our most popular flavours are available to order as a sample box which we send out to our couples on various dates throughout the year, these can be ordered in advance here.
Elegant Wedding Cake Designs
When it comes to designing the perfect wedding cake, The Palms Bakery comes into our own! With our help and guidance, we’ll help you create a stunning and elegant wedding cake that will be remembered by all of your guests.
Whether you have something specific in mind or are open to suggestions, we’re here to advise and input creative ideas to make your cake as unique as possible.
A telephone consultation is always best to discuss designs or if you’re already fallen in love with a cake we’ve previously created, we’ll be more than happy to adapt just for you. Check out our Wedding Cake Ideas Gallery and selection of set designs for you to choose from.
Don’t worry if you see another cake or design you love after our initial design brief, we’ll reconvene a few weeks before the big date to discuss any changes and confirm collection or delivery details.
Added Extras
The Cutting Cake, whether you want to add additional servings or just another flavour option, a cutting cake is the perfect way to do this, not for display but a cake to go to your catering team to slice up and serve to your guests either as an added dessert option or to take home.
Cakeaway Boxes, to ensure the cakes are enjoyed by all guests we will also offer the option to add on cakeaway boxes which can be personalised with your initials or wedding date. Perfect to hand out at the end of the night for your guest to enjoy the next day.
Cake Stands, If your venue or stylists don’t provide a cake stand we have a collection at the bakery which we can also loan out.
Fresh florals and edible flowers are provided by the amazing team at Nurtured in Norfolk, these can be ordered in advance to ensure they are fresh on the day.
Set Designs
The Lana
An elegant traditional off white vintage piped wedding cake with the option to add cherries, disco balls or fresh florals to customise and make unique to your aesthetic.
Pink & Red Thrills
The romantic retro showstopper wedding cake with a nod to vintage nostalgia. Shake off the traditions and customise the colours to fit with your florals.
Till Death
Simple, elegant heart shape wedding cake. Add your initials, wedding date or a personal quote.
Red & Pink Heart Vintage
As part of a dessert or cake selection or on its own for a smaller guestlist. This heart cake will have your guests impressed. Customise with cherries, disco balls, fresh florals or wording.
The Slab
Our off white frilly Lana style but in a slab cake , perfect if you’re planning to serve the cake as the dessert option
